SCULPT
Just beginning a work out program? This up-beat class is designed
for the beginner and for individuals who are interested in easy-to-follow
choreography. This class incorporates light weights and floor exercises
(abdominals etc.) along with a great cardiovascular workout.
INDOOR CYCLING
Bring the road indoors and take a ride you won't forget. This class
offers moderate to high intensity cardiovascular conditioning and a
great leg work out. All levels welcome.
BOOT CAMP
This
class is a total body workout designed for all fitness levels. It
incorporates not only calisthenics for cardiovascular endurance,
but also strength exercises to challenge your body and mind. If you're
looking for a short but powerful strength & endurance work out,
then this is the class for you!
YOGA
This is a powerful workout which strengthens, stretches and realigns
the body through a continuous flow of postures, deep breathing and
concentration. Benefits include stress reduction and relaxation.
CORE FITNESS TRAINING
This class will provide unique exercises to challenge your body in
new ways. Core Fit Training is designed to enhance strength, power,
flexibility and endurance while decreasing the risk of injury. Adding
the element of balance and the use of different equipment will naturally
enhance your core strength.
CARDIO-KICKBOXING
You’ll
kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super
fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout.
SALSA-CARDIO
This class integrates basic salsa-dancing moves into a high-energy,
cardiovascular workout. Have a blast burning calories while sweating
to the beat of salsa music.
INTRO
TO YOGA
For anyone
interested in starting yoga for the first time or anyone just getting
back into it, this class will prepare you for regular yoga classes offered
at The Club or elsewhere. Also, any regular yoga students who are interested
in working on a particular posture, or series of postures are welcome
to attend.
