LOIS SCHUNK (Step Aerobics, Sculpt)

Education: Lois holds a Ph.D., in clinical psychology and practices as a Marriage & Family Therapist when she is not teaching exercise classes or personal training.
Experience & background: Her 19 years as a Physician Assistant in Family Practice and Industrial Medicine contributes to her knowledge as a fitness professional when working with clients of all levels.
Certifications: Certified in both AFAA and ACE credentials, she believes that exercise should be fun and a precursor to enjoyable activities in life, both in and out of the gym.
Interests: On weekends you may find her on the bike path or hiking path using those quads and hamstrings she loves to promote in class. But her real passion lies in the mountains and trails in far away countries just waiting to be explored. She is an avid traveler and trekker, having visited all seven of the world’s continents and sees fitness as a way to find the solitude and excitement that life has to offer. When at home, her three cats, Suila, Cuzco and Killi (short for Kilimanjaro) and husband Dan keep her busy and grounded.




ALEX WIELICZKO (Yoga)

Certification: Cloud Nine Yoga.
Experience: Alex has been teaching yoga for 6 years.
Interests & Hobbies: Meditation, martial arts, weight training, surfing and eastern philosophy. Alex is also currently working on his NASM certification to become a personal trainer.
Favorite foods: Thai, Sushi and Vegetarian.



JESSICA YORK (Cardio-Kickboxing)

Education: BA in Journalism
Instructor Certifications: Group Exercise - AFAA, Mad Dog Indoor Cycling, Turbo Kick-boxing, and Bosu training.
Experience: Jessica has been teaching group exercise since 1995.
Interests: She loves to snowboard, ski, rollerblade, surf, play volleyball, mountain bike, travel and enjoy happy hour!
Favorite foods: Anything that's served at Thanksgiving dinner!

 

LYNN OPRIE (Cardio Dance, Cardio-Kickboxing)

Certification: AFAA Certified-Group X
Experience: Lynn has been teaching Kickboxing, Muscle Conditioning, Hi/Lo Impact Aerobics and Cardio Dance for the past 2 years. She has always been a tremendous fitness enthusiast and feels that when you feel great on the outside you feel great on the inside. Working out rocks.
Interests: As a former filmmaker, Lynn digs movies big time. Especially the silent ones. Also enjoys flying kites, being a Mom and Body Surfing in the Ocean.

Favorite Food/Beverage: Freshly Popped Movie Theater Popcorn (Not too much butter and no salt), Pomegranate Juice mixed with flavored Seltzer Water.

 

TAMARA LENTZ (Mat Pilates)

Tamara has taught Mat Pilates for the past 4 years. She is certified through APEX and 24 Hour Fitness. Tamara is also a certified personal trainer.

During her free time Tamara enjoys being a mom, playing beach volleyball, and stand-up paddle surfing. Her favorite foods are tortilla chips and salsa, bbq chicken and breakfast foods.

 

KASEY KILMER (Mat Pilates)

Kasey has been studying yoga for a decade and teaching for over 2 years.
She became certified through Beth Shaw’s YogaFit and began teaching immediately. Soon after, she received her 200-Hour Yoga Alliance teacher training with Tamal Dodge.

Her quirky sense of humor and little life lessons make her class unique, insightful and fun. She teaches a vinyasa-style class focusing on body/breath connection, alignment and building heat through gentle flows. Kasey’s style of teaching makes beginners feel at home while similarly challenging experienced yogis.
