MEREDITH DAVIDSON
GENERAL MANAGER /
ACE CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER


Meredith graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education with an emphasis in Fitness. As a freshman she earned a scholarship to play soccer at CSUDH where she later became the Assistant Women’s Soccer coach. She has also coached various high school and club teams in the South Bay area. In addition, she has extensive experience working in the field of corporate fitness, serving as a health fitness specialist for HFC at the on-site facilities for Mattel, Nissan, Leiner and Northrup Grumman. Meredith is also one of the Club's most popular personal trainers. She has experience training all fitness levels ranging from a sedentary person interested in weight loss to a competitive athlete with goals of improved sport performance. She earned her personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). On a personal note, Meredith’s interests include running, competing in Ironman triathlons, ultra-marathons, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Meredith believes the mind, body and spirit are all things a personal trainer can help you with on your path to TRUE physical fitness. Setting goals are easy; achieving goals is where the reward is! Believe in what you can do, not in what you cannot do!”

CHRIS CHOUTEAU
Part-time Health Fitness Specialist,
Personal Trainer & Core Fit Instructor


Chris Chouteau has been a part-time health fitness specialist at The Club at Pacific Corporate Towers since summer of 2008. Chris is a fitness expert, personal trainer, and boot camp instructor who specializes in teaching and motivating his clients to incorporate health and fitness into their lives. Prior to his role at The Club at Pacific Corporate Towers, Chris served as Director of Training at a Southern California spa program where he helped motivate and teach hundreds of people to lose weight and create a new healthy lifestyle.

A competitive cyclist and fitness enthusiast, Chris’ expertise includes everything from weight-training and cardiovascular health to yoga, pilates and stretching. Chris has incorporated balanced workouts and optimal nutrition into his own lifestyle since he was a teenager.

Chris is also the owner of Custom Body Fitness, a Santa Monica based personal training company. Through Custom Body Fitness, he’s dedicated to helping his clients achieve balance in their own lives. Chris is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified fitness trainer and a member of IDEA Health & Fitness Association.

KYLE TOKUHARA
Full-Time Assistant Manager / Health Fitness Specialist

Kyle is currently completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at California State University, Northridge. His specialty track is Exercise Science. Kyle’s professional goals include pursuing a career in the Chiropractic field and becoming a certified personal trainer. Kyle enjoys all outdoor activities but is most passionate about mountain biking. He also loves table tennis and has a hard time turning down an opportunity to play a game. He has trained in Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and kickboxing and looks forward to learning more techniques as well. Kyle enjoys eating all types of food but one of his favorites is sushi. He feels that fitness is not only about exercise. He stresses the importance of having fun and finding enjoyment as well as a higher quality of life through physical activity.

 

 

 

 

 

MIKE CULBERTSON
Part-time Health Fitness Specialist,
Personal Trainer, Boot Camp Instructor


Mike graduated from California State University Long Beach in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Fitness. For the past 3 years Mike has been working in the Fitness Industry. He was initially exposed to the field of corporate fitness through an internship with Mattel Corporate HQ in El Segundo. Mike is also a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has been a full time Trainer for the past 2 years. He has over 10 years of experience as a competitive wrestler and at some point would like to get back into the sport. Mike loves to participate in outdoor activities such as snowboarding, wakeboarding, hiking, whitewater rafting and traveling. One of the most fulfilling things he has done so far has been a 3 day backpacking trip through Yosemite National Park.

Leading an active lifestyle requires a lot of energy, to get this energy Mike admits he likes to eat and eat well; some of his favorite foods include Beef Ribs and Pistachios.

He is a huge sports fan (Lakers, Dodgers and STEELERS!), and eventually would like to work as a Sports and Conditioning Coach for an athletic team.
